International Shipping is available; the price is based on the weight of your order.

Shipping Policy

This website is operated by KORA Atelier. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KORA Atelier. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are fixed and available internationally. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase and is based on the weight of your total order.

3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 - 5  business days, international shipment are in transait for 5 - 8 business days. Please take into consideration that most of shipping companies does not work on local bank holidays (either from the sender country nor the destination country).

3.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after the payment of the order is received (usually the same day or day after if possible). In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

3.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

4. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, it will be the responsibility of the transit company, please get in touch directly with them. You will be able to contact them from the tracking number link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

5. Duties & Taxes
5.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

5.2 Shipping taxes

Please note that, especially for orders shipped to the United States, local customs or delivery companies may apply additional taxes or import fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control, and you will be responsible for paying any such fees directly to the carrier.

5.3 US Shipping

As of August 2025, new regulations have affected shipping to the United States, which has unfortunately led to an increase in shipping costs. The shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of your order.

We use the International Standard shipping method, which delivers directly to your home address and includes a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package in real time.
If you’re not at home at the time of delivery, your package may either be left in your mailbox (depending on its size) or you will receive a notice to collect it from your local post office. Please note that the post office usually holds packages for a limited time.

Kindly note that this shipping method does not include insurance, so we/nor the delivery company cannot offer financial compensation for lost or damaged packages. If you encounter any issue with your delivery, please contact us at koraatelierbcn@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to find a solution together.

6. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Each piece at KORA Atelier is handmade with real flowers, making it truly unique. Because of the delicate and custom nature of our jewelry, returns are accepted only under certain conditions.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at koraatelierbcn@gmail.com.

We’ll be happy to review your case and find a fair solution together — whether that’s a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

Please note :

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized pieces, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Our goal is to ensure you love your KORA piece as much as we loved creating it.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
